The Apostle and the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR)

The name “apostle” is a New Testament word the Apostle Paul described as a person who serves in the office that Jesus established at His ascension. “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”

Apostles are gifted Christian leaders who are taught, commissioned, and sent by God with the authority to establish the foundational government of a church or churches within an assigned sphere. Their assignments include setting order for growth and maturity over apostolic networks and marketplace ministries as the Spirit gives direction.

He or she will always be recognized for his or her servanthood to a Spiritual Father with a strong emphasis on Sonship. Senior Apostles always endorse new apostles with evidence based on their dreams, vision, purpose and mission which are clearly seen by their accomplishments.

The value system of an Apostle is governed by humility, purity, integrity and accountability that are necessary character qualities for growth and unity in the Kingdom of God. The Apostle is a Wise Master Builder who carries a quality of credibility and responsibility.

We value the purity and integrity of the Apostolic Office with the capacity to desire a high standard of discipline. Apostle Paul (who did not walk with Jesus) became the new order of Apostle after Pentecost. His demonstration of the law of faith, the spirit of faith, and the strategy of faith gave the Apostles the pattern of Kingdom colonization and the will of God on earth as it is in heaven.

We position ourselves in the evangelical theological stream of Protestant Christianity. Both adhere to the Apostles’ Creed and the core doctrines of the Protestant Reformation, namely the ultimate and essential authority of the Scriptures for Christian faith and practice, justification by faith, and the priesthood of all believers. We believe that God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit, that Jesus was born of a virgin, that He was physically raised from the dead and that an individual’s personal relationship to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior determines that individual’s eternal destiny in heaven or hell. The fulfillment of Jesus great commission to make disciples of all nations is central to our focus.

It was Jesus alone who chose the name “apostolos” for those whom He called, authorized, and sent out. Among the earliest uses of the term were the Greek historians who used it to describe an admiral over a fleet of ships sent out by his king to discover, explore, conquer, and establish his government in new territories. Jesus’ choice of the word reflects this meaning and stresses its emphasis on “one sent from another” or a fully authorized representative, ambassador of the sender.

Conflicts and Dilemmas

The Christian community is seeking ministry at a greater rate than any time in
past history of the church. They are wanting it given to them and completely
defined rather than finding God's calling, will and purpose and responding to
it.

Your life is your ministry as it is demonstrated in the social strata and sphere
of influence where you find your employment and close relationships. It will be
Kingdom in content and will not be shaken and the church will not be your
platform for it.

Love, Language and Leadership should be selected as the proprietary method for
living in the social network in which you are presently connected.

If you can be thrown into a pit and have avoided the seduction of someone's
erotic drives and desires, locked in a prison only to find that your gifts are
real, then you have earned the right to speak and be listened to. If you can be
put into captivity and learn the language and literature of the heathen then you
will have earned the right to be put into the Lion's Den and survive by the
grace of God.

Ministry will always be distinguishable by the following criteria:
You can't give what you don't have.
You can't lead where you won't go yourself.
You can't teach what you haven't accomplished.
You can't mentor what you haven't modeled.
You can't instruct what you haven't done yourself.

There should be excellence defined by the wisdom you have possessed through the
Holy Spirit because wisdom has the advantage of giving you success. Composure
allays great offenses which will set you within the sphere of God's choice and
your agreement with Him. Nothing will be to small for you and your personal
discipline will draw others to you as you are drawn to wisdom and humility by
the Holy Spirit.

Hello to everyone at SAL Ministries International. My name is Michael Monte and I feel privileged to be a working part of this great organization. I am 53 years of age and have come to know the Lord since the year 1985; it seems the longer the journey the more God brings; new beginnings, great leadership and more revelation in order to overcome every obstacle along the way.

My walk with the Lord started in the town of my birth Philadelphia Pa. (the city of brotherly love), raised in a Catholic home and brought up by two wonderful parents God saw to it that I would get to know Him in a more intimate way. My first experience in a non denominational church was exciting for me and I am still excited today! I became a worship leader their and eventually a staff member. After a twelve year period I moved out to Egg Harbor Township New Jersey, Looking for a new church in the aria I came to The Center Of Unbroken Praise, upon seeing Bishop Hutchinson and hearing both his revelatory word and his life of worship I knew that I had arrived at a cross road in my Christian experience . I have stayed along his side and both he and his wife have become spiritual parents to me. God created us in His likeness and image and we are born to be faithful.
I am committed both to the work at C.O.U.P. and Summit Training post in Window Rock Arizona where I serve, along with a great team under Bishop and pastor Lois’s leadership, The people of the Navajo Nation .We are building a Christian school there and as a construction company owner I am ready and well qualified to get the job done.

Recently, as a result of his relationship with Apostle Bob and Jeanie Strobel, Bishop has been introduced to the great Nation of the Philippines, and this has broadened our horizon and increased our vision. I can hardly put into words how overjoyed I was to read introductions from awesome leaders in another hemisphere; leaders like Pastor Vince and Ophie Aguirre thank you Sir for your valuable input and vision for “Kingdom Dialog” and pastor Edwin C. Aquino with his aggressive desire to develop relationship and pastor Winifred L. Mallorca Jr. and his accurate perception of the season and time that we as the Body are in. Thank you all. I look forward to the day we will all sit at a table together breaking bread and speaking about things pertaining to the Kingdom of God.

In April of 2008 I was asked by Bishop to serve along with my brother in the Lord Tracey Thompson as an elder in the house at the Center of Unbroken Praise. This opportunity is one that requires a continual maturity, and I want to assure all of you in the five fold ministry that, I am continuing to grow because of comprehensive leaders like you. I am learning to be a son, so that, I can become a father.

It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself to you today. My name is Tracey Thompson and I look forward to when we can see each other face to face. I come to you from New Jersey, where I serve our Apostle as an Elder at the Center Cf Unbroken Praise (COUP.) I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where I lived until enlisting in the military. As a result, I was fortunate enough to travel the world and experience cultures from another perspective. I believe it was all part of the plan of God over my life. Having the ability to connect with people and develop relationships has always been my passion.

In 1996, I began my renewed life in Christ, in Georgia. During this time, I served as a minister, armor bearer, youth director and men’s department director. As a young man, these experiences have prepared me for the many doors of opportunity that He would open. In late 2001, I departed Georgia because of my employment and lived in south Florida. Through a series of serendipitous events in 2002, I was led to fellowship with the Master’s Touch International and Dr. Mark Chironna, in Orlando, Florida. Little did I know that my employer would send me to Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, where I connected with Apostle Hutchinson.

Since October 2002, I have served Apostle Hutchinson and watched the Hand of God move over his life and position him for such a time as this. Through Summit Training Post (S.T.P.) and his work with the Navajo Nation in Arizona, I have been able to personally touch the nations and work with Navajo children. Since the first time my feet touched the ground on the “Rez” I have developed a heart that cries out for the people of the nation.

In 2006, I faced major life choice on whether to follow my employer, yet again, and depart New Jersey. After following my heart, and remaining, God has taken me into new sense of awareness of His Spirit. In 2007, Apostle Hutchinson joined me in marriage to my lovely wife Elise. Together, we strongly feel God has given us direction for the future of what is to come of our generation. Being part of a youthful group of people, we are being developed for someone else’s deliverance.

S.A.L. represents a twenty-first century model of how kingdom disciples are to operate in the earth today. Day after day we are given a glimpse into heavenly places that are to be lived out wherever we are. As co-laborers of the Way, there are those who we come in contact with by divine appointment. As you and I have been granted the opportunity to connect with Apostle Hutchinson and Pastor Lois, we now have access into a larger sphere of influence than we could ever know.

I fully believe that S.A.L. is being established as a platform for nations to touch nations. People across the globe hunger and thirst to see their dreams and visions established. S.A.L. will serve as a bridge that helps to make this connection.

As we embark on this spiritual journey together, I look forward with great anticipation, on sharing the abundance of the Lord with you.

Greetings from the Navajo Reservation

My name is Andi Kovacs and I am the administrator of Summit Training Post located in St. Michaels, Arizona on the Navajo Reservation. I moved out here almost 4 years ago and what a joy it is to be doing the work that God has called me to do.

I have had the joy and privilege of being in a church called King’s Cathedral which is were the Hutchinson’s also went and our relationship began. I was there when God called them both into full time ministry, and the pastor of the church was taken home to be with the Lord with no warning. I have seen what God is doing and what He has already done, and have seen the formation of Center of Unbroken Praise, Summit Training Post, Summit School of Ministry & Performing Arts, World Wide Window Media, Herb Hutchinson Ministries and S.A.L. Ministries International. I have seen the Spirit of God move and pour forth a vision to the man and woman of God that He has called and who said “yes” to the call.

I remember when Bishop Hutchinson began to speak forth the word of God that we were to be “a window of opportunity to the nations.” I remember the first time we heard about Window Rock, Arizona (the capitol of the Navajo Reservation.) I have seen the struggles and the victories, and am honored to be just where I am in my little trailer at Summit Training Post. I had thought I was set for life living in my condominium in Mays Landing, New Jersey then there was an interruption in my life and a burden developing and a call that I was feeling. This was confirmed by Bishop and so off I went to the REZ.

Since I have been here many things have happened and the Spirit of God is moving and touching many especially the children that we work with. God has moved through Camp Native America, concerts and other activities. We formed THE STP REZ KIDZ. I get to watch the kids as they learn and grow. I see children praying. I find children that are not afraid to pray and will pray anywhere we are. They went out to do ministry for the first time and touched the lives of the seniors that were present. Under Summit School of Ministry & Performing Arts, I teach violin, voice and piano. We also have a Practical Theology Course as an extension of Wagner Leadership Institute. In the spring we will have our first graduates of which I am one. I also am secretary of “The Navajo, Resource, Conservation and Development,” an organization working in areas on the reservation to help improve the economy of life through farming, community development, grazing etc.

I have watched over these past 22 years as the Spirit of God has given direction and it has been followed. S.A.L. Ministries International is an organization I can see that has been birthed through Bishop by the Holy Spirit and I am honored to be a part. I would encourage anyone that is not a part to pray about joining and see what God is doing as spheres join with other spheres of influence to change lives as Joel said in 3:14 “Thousands upon thousands are waiting in the valley of decision. There the day of the Lord will soon arrive.” They wait to learn of the Kingdom of God and all that He has for us, His body, as it is brought forth to all nations.

Apostle Herb: It has been both our pleasure and privilege of having you spent some precious time with us and the brethren in our area. I am sorry that I have not been able to be in your appointed meetings in as much as I want to as I had previous commitments. Nevertheless, I relished every bit of those times I was able to hear what the Lord have you to share from the depths of your heart and your vast experience. Indeed, your coming is in God's timing and in a very crucial season. God bless you for your obedience and passion for the Kingdom of God. Hallelujah!

Your vision for S.A.L. is in line with two important prayer items that Jesus prayed before His crucifixion in John 17: one, that we would not be taken out of this world but be protected from the evil one (Jn 17:15); two, that we would be one just as the Father and the Son are one (Jn 17:21-23). And S.A.L. has both these in mind: protection and unity. Praise the Lord! It is in my heart to pursue along these lines. It is God's will and it is God's agenda.

In the natural there are two kinds of nuclear chain reactions: the one is called nuclear fission, such as we have in the atomic bomb, where the atoms are divided; and with every dividing of the atom there is a release of energy. But in the second kind, nuclear fusion, there is an even greater release of energy, as one particle is fused with another, and another, and still another, releasing the kind of energy that even now is taking place in the sun. It is said that the core of the sun is a mighty nuclear reactor (we cannot even begin to imagine the fusion taking place in the SON! The unity [fusion] of the Father and the Son, Jesus lived and demonstrated here on earth, yet He declares that we would even do greater works. Wow!). We have seen the divisions in the body of Christ, though it may seem to be in the negative, God has turned it around for good. Like nuclear fission, our being divided and scattered has planted and produced more churches and ministers in many many areas around the world. Now that we are all scattered and in place, it is time for spiritual fusion (synergy is also a good word). Jesus' prayer is being answered and God has been raising up men like you who would be God's catalysts (Holy Ghost nuclear reactors) for the unity (fusion) of the body of Christ. Fusion with the Head, the Father and Jesus Christ, and with each other, the body. I have seen what fission can do, I pray we will all be alive to see what fusion can do! Glory to God!

Hello, I am Minister Rondell Showell. I send you greetings from Atlantic City, NJ in the United States. I have been in ministry for 12 years. Ordained in 2000, I began my journey serving within the Body of Christ as a Deacon, Armor Bearer, Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor. I have organized community youth rallies as well as many women’s fellowships. I am an avid student and believer of the Word of GOD. The Word has been my life substance. I truly believe that once we have gained an understanding of the Word, we are to be doers of the Word. Called to be a part of the five fold ministry, I served in one church and traveled to different parts of the US and the world spreading the Gospel for 20+ years. I have helped to build many ministries, offices and businesses, only to come to an empty end and feeling unfulfilled

In 2008 the SPIRIT of GOD led me into transition. I became in touch with what the scripture said about JESUS being “led into the wilderness”. I had no idea of what was ahead. For one year and two months, I found myself having to fight to hold onto the Word that was planted within me. I was to the point of doubting who I believed GOD had called me to be and felt I had no place to call home. I was broken and worn to the point of wondering if I’d even heard correctly from GOD. Then in August 2009, I met a true Apostle, a man of GOD who sees value in every part of the Body of Christ. The LORD had led me to find someone to cover me not control me. To have the impartation of the wisdom of GOD and discover the “Greater One in me”

I was then introduced to SAL Ministries. It was not until becoming a member of SAL Ministries International did I find the joy of serving in ministry. Being a member of SAL enables me to use the gifts that I have been equipped with to help build the Kingdom of GOD. Equipped to build, that’s the key to this “Spiritual Architectural Landscaping”. I never imagined me being a vital part of building anything. I have found freedom and comfort in knowing that I can help to be a provision and it doesn’t have to be my vision. Bishop Herb Hutchinson and SAL Ministries has allowed me to regain the value and confidence of who GOD has called and ordained me to be. SAL has become an opportunity to join with the brethren from every part of the world and from all walks of life. Joining together by the Word and Love of GOD to “become agents of change and create change agents”.

SAL is opened to all who want to be a part of the “Global” Body of Christ building the Kingdom. Whether you have a title in ministry, lead a congregation, own a business or just have a passion to spread the Gospel, I encourage you to join with us. Greetings of Joy from the Philippines! MABUHAY!

We thank the Lord for your coming to the Philippines for such a time as this, where we are at our New Season and introduced us to "Creative Dialog and Spiritual Architectural Landscape Design".We also thank Dad Bob Strobel- who released the word for us in 1996 to be launching pad of God's spirit, for bringing you to us this season.

In 1997 after contemplating and acted on the word released by Bob we started Joy Christian Center and affiliated with Church of God( because we could not find Bob then) but we got in fellowship again with him thru the Understanding Islam and What the Church should do, and in 2008 we formalized with SEC Wells of Joy International Christian Church. As Filipinos are fond of making relationships and those somebody mature we look forward as an authority figure we called Bob our Dad and now you Bishop Herb as our "Ninong" which literally means the godfather in the tradition of weddings and baptisms.

We would like to join SAL Ministries because of like vision to be relational( for every joint supplies) and globally minded"change agents". These will further increase and advance the Kingdom of God and its citizens to know the Plan, the Purpose and the Prepared Thing God has in store. What a privilege it is to join SAL Ministries and be part of Apostolic Alliance that would advance the Kingdom of God not just here in the Philippines but to the ends of the earth. We, together with Apostle Bob are now seeking more on how to start a creative dialog among us and used our "upper room" house office as the initial venue for a SAL office here.The Sunday that you speak at our Church, we and Arnie scheduled "KINGDOM DIALOG " which successfully started last Saturday Oct 30 at our place(with Ptr Win) wherein attended by 6 churches asking for more of these dialog that greatly encouraged and opened their mind to the Kingdom of God

We shall continue to be "pourers" but not poorer, as there are many jars to be filled.

We shall continue to flow, so as not to be stagnant, for the River of life is flowing through us.

I became a member of S.A.L. Ministries, International last January. It was all a part of God’s Perfect Plan! I am an entrepreneur and I have opened several child care facilities and 3 Community Centers. Each one came with its own share of challenges and took years to produce anything. The Lord placed a new vision and ministry in me but I just didn’t feel like I had the strength to move forward. I was broken and felt so misunderstood by other Pastors and church folk. I had been through so many battles and warfare on every side. I heard about SAL, International and to be honest ,I thought that I had heard it all! It was so easy and seemed just too good to be true!
I have a testimony of when you aren’t afraid to join with a visionary who is not competing with you or trying to control you. He didn’t even care about me being a member of his church!? WOW! Just a real man of God that wants to encourage and support you! Bishop Hutchinson took me under his wing and gave every tool that was needed to fly! Since I have joined SAL I have a non-profit called A-HEART. A-HEART provides emergency assistance to at-risk infants. In less than a year this ministry is now in 3 locations—Cape Bank in Atlantic City, NJ, The Center of Unbroken Praise, Egg Harbor Township, NJ, where other SAL members shared their gifts by building and designing a beautiful boutique on the church property for infants. We are currently working on expanding the ministry in St. Michaels, Arizona. I have been out to the Navajo Reservation twice this year and because of Bishop’s contacts I have had the opportunity to minister at several of the churches on the Reservation and serve Navajo families in need. It was a dream come true for my entire family. Being a member of SAL has now allowed me to expand my vision to seeing A-HEART being International!
This year I also birthed out another ministry called Women of Deliverance. This is a women’s ministry that is unique because it is a group of women from all different churches, cultures and denominations. Bishop opened the Center of Unbroken Praise to me again to have services and to provide training to women who are interested in being Spiritual Midwives. This ministry has gone from 12 women to over 100 women coming monthly to experience the move of God! This great Apostle has a heart for people and ministry and he gives so much to the entire body of Christ. I have received technical assistance, group brainstorming sessions from a team of spiritually- minded professionals. I now feel that I have a team of people who want to see that I meet my fullest potential! Being a SAL member allows me to have a list of contacts from New Jersey to places like the Philippians, Africa, Canada, and Israel. Not only a list of contacts but the opportunity to sit down and build relationships with different Apostles, Pastors and Leaders. I am a dreamer, but SAL has enlarged my territory and vision to another dimension! SAL has changed my life so much that I can’t help to share this organization with anyone who has vision and dreams and needs to belong to a group of real visionaries! It has been just a little less than a year and I have seen my whole life move into a constant positive flow! Doors have opened up to me so quickly, I am just amazed!

Arriving home on Tuesday, October 19th from a 12-day mission trip to Hawaii and The Philippines, I hit the ground, running! Wednesday, October 20th, Holy Trinity Baptist Church in Atlantic City, New Jersey started their three-day 81st Anniversary Revival that has birthed an incredible move of the Spirit. Thanks to Bishop Herb James and Pastor, Rev. Rosetta Brown for inviting me to be their keynote speaker.

The Church has entered a new season and in this prophetic time period, the God of the Break-Through will explode before us through the next decade. We need to push into this anointing and with great expectancy, watch the hand of God part the sea and allow us to move into our destiny.

The trip to The Philippines with Apostle Bob and Jeanne Strobel was more than I could ever expect! I ministered at many churches and pastoral gatherings, establishing the Apostolic Message from a Biblical point of view. Hebrews 3 confirms that Jesus, who was the Son of God, was also our Apostle and our High Priest--the Priest who was the sacrifice and the one who was giving the sacrifice. This is a Biblical model that we must follow as we follow Christ.

SAL Ministries, Int’l was the reason to gather with these great leaders in Las Pinas. S.A.L. is the Apostolic Alliance that God gave to me as a Spiritual Architectural Landscape-design strategy to create a sphere of influence in order to be sent and send others to the nations. If apostolic ministries—which are designed to equip the saints for the work of service—is not sending, then we are simply developing home-bred fellowships that have no cause or effect.

In the upcoming months, I will be introducing all S.A.L. Ministries to one another through my Blog Spot. Each one will be writing documents in order that we may know one another in a greater way. It is important for me to tell you…if you are a S.A.L. member at this time and are not able to keep your commitment to this organization, I would be grateful to know, in order that we can move ahead with commitment and without conflict. 2011 will prove to be the start of the greatest days of our lives!

With many thanks to my dear friend, Bob Strobel and his wife, Jeanne, for 28 years that they have paved a way as missionaries in the Philippines. Apostle Bob has already had many meetings with our Philippino constituency and on my return in March of 2011, we will continue to establish SAL Ministries, International as an Apostolic Alliance, sending the Church to the nations.

The life that we live before God must have a daily routine with goals and objectives, based upon God’s intention, in order to have the benefits of what I’m entitled to as a child of the firstborn.

The revelation of Hebrews 12, concerning the Church of the First Born, and my birthright of priesthood, kingship, prophetic spirit, double portion, and overcomer’s privilege is another paradigm shift in this life given to me by God.

The pursuit of peace and holiness is, without a doubt, a mind-altering and thought-provoking concept. It is achievable and persuasive, empowering us to change life’s playing field. The “Esau Model of Failure” [because of fleshly desires that we have choice over] brings about the challenge to conquer and overcome.

The on-going principle of “First the natural; then the spiritual” is a concept found throughout the scriptures, from Genesis to Revelation. It is the primary theme of God’s intention for His people. Without a fully established understanding of this precept, we can be tempted [as was Esau] and sell out our inheritance over an out-of-control appetite.

Esau represents the remorseful, pain-filled person who cries, but has no thought of repentance [“metanoia”…change-of-mind,] but is angered over his loss, which disables him from coming to God and saying: “I sold out to my appetite and lost my Birthright; please forgive me.” The inability to repent, in order to bring about change, is a frightening thought and a life where opportunity is waiting for the repentant, humble heart.

The cross represents the mystery that the Jews did not understand. It is the “vertical and horizontal” concept of “death and resurrection,” where the natural can inherit the spiritual. Esau sold his Birthright for a cup of soup, putting the natural before the spiritual. The mystery begins to unfold with the principle of “First and last reversals,” found in Matthew 19:30 “But many who are first will be last and the last, first.”

It is important for me to note in this Evaluation [concerning “why I’m challenged in my thinking”] that I am no longer a natural man as I was from birth at the age of 30; but I was born from above at age 30 and became a spiritual man, according to I Cor. 15:44-47. I was from the First Adam until the age of 30. I am now from the Last Adam these past 36 years. The last has become first in my life. The first was replaced by the last. It is no longer I who lives, but Christ Who lives in me, the Hope of Glory!
